At the April 21, 2020 Council Meeting, a COVID-19 Financial Assistance Fund was established to assist Community Agencies and Service Clubs in Gravenhurst. To apply for this emergency assistance fund, please complete the form below and submit the appropriate documentation to the Review Panel.
Information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 1990, and will be used for the sole purpose of administration of the COVID-19 Financial Assistance Fund.
